We Got Sneaky w/ Sneaker

If you’re a Charleston sneakerhead, JP Hudson needs no introduction. For those uninitiated, JP is is the visionary behind Sneaker, Charleston’s new destination for exclusive sneakers and apparel. So now that we all know each other, let us tell you how JP and SLANT made some serious cool on King Street.

Storefront SignageWe started by crafting Sneaker’s new brand. The logo’s bright red color and custom lettering is a fresh approach to the classics – just like Sneaker’s products. We then helped incorporate the new brand into the store’s interior color palette, signage, promotional pieces, shopping bags and ecommerce strategy.

FACT: it’s more awesome to have kick-ass launch party than not to have one. So to help start off with a bang, we helped Sneaker with official launch party planning. Complete with DJs, catered food and drinks, designer Matt Stevens signing copies of his infamous Max100 book, Sneaker saw an unprecedented turnout of guests. On top of all the love and support from eager new shoppers, Sneaker even caught the attention of DJ star 3lau, who stopped by for a pair of sneaks before performing his local set in Charleston later that night.

Sneaker Launch PartySo, the next time your in downtown Charleston, be sure to visit Sneaker and stock up on some new kicks. Because as The Fresh Prince once said: “yeah, i got on sneaks, but I need a new pair.”
